Converter documentation

Hi Sukanya,

   Just letting you know that I recieved your Tutorial document and 
will include it in the developer document.
   I really failed in that there were some specific topics I was 
preparing for, but I did not let you know what they were.  Some of the 
topics that would have been beneficial to add to the document included:

1.  Current converters: What they are and what they do (prior to our 
project)
2.  Fact Extractors (what they are and what they do)
3.  Converter Development (How we developed our converters)
4.  Converter Framework (How our framework was developed and organized)
5.  Integration of new Converters (How future converters can be added to 
our framework)

   I know I am not giving you enough time to provide any documentation 
on these topics, but if you have any info I could use, it would be great 
if you could send it.  I will include your converter tutorial in the 
documentation, but will likely leave these headings for someone to 
complete later.
