No changes ... The problem you are having is that you now have the plug-in installed, so hence nothing to update.

To use the update site again, you have to go to Help->Software Updates -> Manage Configuration. Then select revert to previous and basically remove the update.

This clears Eclipse of the plug-in.

You can now add the site again, or go to your old label.
