an online tksee/sn to gxl tool

Here's an interesting tool I ran across:

this would be similar to what we were talking about (using a web
interface). this is probably written in perl..

anyway, after a little more digging around it seems that the development
has slowed considerably or even stopped.

not bad though.. from glancing through the gxl file it seems to be fairly
accurate
