Analysis tool in Java

Dear All,

I was thinking about the usage scenario #3 that I drew on the
whiteboard.  It occurs to me that Jok, aka QL/Jgrok, from the
folks at University of Waterloo is an analysis tool that is
written in Java. It accepts TA, but not GXL.  This might be
worth looking at.
