Hi All,

The way to install GEF is NOT the way the gef pages says ... Eclipse 3.0 wants to manage changes to the plug-in configuration in a new way.

To Install:

1. Start Eclipse

2. Click menu Help->Software Update->Find and Install

3. In the window wizard that comes up hit the radio button:
Search for new features to install
click next

4. Open the Eclipse org Update folder and select the GEF entry.

Continue on, you are home free.

That gets you the packages. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND UNZIP! Eclipse will not recognize the jar files you unzip in plugins.
