CFW & rsf converter plugin

Hello all,

I just put the latest verstion of the code for the CFW and the rsf 
plug-in to the repository:
   edu.uci.ics.mrsg.CFW,
   edu.uci.ics.mrsg.rsf2gxl. 

Please check them out, and fell free to give me any comments, or 
problems. In order to run these plug-ins, you will need to install the 
Rigi which I think Steve'd put it in the tool path. For now the output 
of the plug-in is sent to the file "result.gxl" in the same directory of 
the input file. I think I will leave it like that until we figure out 
how should the CFW send the output to the editor part. 

The ReadMe.txt file which contain all the instructions for setting up 
and running the plug-in is attatched in the edu.uci.ics.mrsg.CFW 
project. If you get the latest verstion you should see it there.
